Ambiente pulito, posizione ottima, colazione abbondante

Cons:

Personale poco cortese, il lenzuolo non era un lenzuolo matrimoniale ma un copripiumino usato per l'inverno, pessimo e piccolo per 2 persone! Il frigo dovrebbe essere già aceeso quando il cliente entra in camera.

Pros:

The location was excellent, the bed was perfect, furniture in the room was dated. I was looking forward to the breakfast but it was disappointing. We were able to buy at a nearby bakery and cafe. The Wifi was top-notch, we had no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Ergeta Hotel in Tulcea and we truly enjoyed our experience!

A special thank you to the hotel manager IRINA who was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. She was always available to assist us and gave us all the information we needed about the hotel, the area, places to visit and anything else we asked about.

Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more pleasant. It is so nice to meet people who make you feel welcome and comfortable, especially when you are visiting a foreign city.

Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! We would be very happy to stay with you again and we highly recommend Ergeta Hotel to anyone visiting Tulcea. ❤️
