Pros:

Labai graži ir rami vieta gamtos apsuptyje. Kambariai švarūs ir jaukūs. Pusryčiai buvo labai skanūs ir gausūs, o restorane – puikus maistas. Personalas nepaprastai malonus, paslaugus ir visada pasiruošęs padėti. Viešnage likome labai patenkinti. Tikrai rekomenduojame šį viešbutį ir mielai sugrįšime dar kartą!

The resort is pretty good. Staff are friendly, they pick up from the van station by the main road too. Room amenities are pretty good.

Cons:

Asked to have my restaurant bills and my tour bills compilled and put to my room, which i would pay on check out through my credit card. They said ok, but later, after having a beer, some snakcks and booking my tours. They said that they could not complile the bill together for the last day and that credit card would have a 3% surcharge. I believe this all should have been communicated earlier. Also, on ordering the beer and some snacks, i told them i would later order some food. When i went to order, they said the kitchen is closed, was hungry, and then i went into the town and had my dinner.

The funny thing is that all my reservations with booking.com have had issues. Also, no one from booking.com got back to me for the transportation, which I paid in the Phillipines. So no more booking from this platform anymore.

Nice location, beautiful room with light, kind welcome and staff.

Cons:

The bathroom locked by itself while my partner was inside. There was no way to open it from either side. I got help from the staff, but it would have been really dangerous for someone travelling alone ( bathroom with no window, really hot and humid). The staff forced the door open but didnt fix the problem.

Schönes und gastfreundliches Resort!
Pros:

Am meisten hervorgestochen ist das Personal. Es waren alle super aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr sauber mit viel Liebe zum Detail (frische Blumen im Badezimmer) und hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns im River & Jungle Resort sehr willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
