Pros:

Хотелът се намира на тиха улица,близо до крайбрежната алея,чисти стаи и отзивчив персонал.

Cons:

Единствено ни смути липсата на топла вода в момента на късното ни пристигане,дано е случайност.

Quite new with working air-conditioning.
Pros:

Renovated or quite new hotel with very good air-conditioning With outside temperature 37C this was very important. Room was clean and bed was good. Staff was friendly and we had a parking spot. Good value for money.

Nice Hotel near the river.
Pros:

Located in a quiet residential road, not too far from the river. Room had everything needed. Staff is very professional and helpful. Kitchen prepared food for us, even though we arrived late.

Pros:

Distanta de la hotel pana la Chipul lui Decebal

Cons:

Doamna blonda de la receptie, nu avea ecuson cu numele, nu a fost deloc de ajutor. Am gresit cardul cu care am achitat si nu a vrut sa imi storneze tranzactia. Lucrand in domeniu stiu ca orice tranzactie se poate storna si reface. Imi pare rau ca nu am chemat directorul hotelului, dar avand o fetita mica, nu am mai stat sa astept si avand un drum lung de 6 ore. Nu recomand deloc , plus ca m-a mintit si cu faptul ca magnetii is mai scumpi la Chipul lui Decebal si defapt erau de 3 ori mai ieftin. Foarte urat din partea ei. Am auzit ca a certat si un angajat, deloc profesional intr-o zona unde circula clientii. Nu o sa revin aici cu siguranta. Dezamagire totala. Cu toata ca era ceva manager nu te comporti asa cu oaspetii. Imi zicea ca trebuie sa plece si ea de la receptie. Receptie nu se lasa niciodata goala. Managementul e praf. Pacat pentru ca hotelul are pozitionare buna si e curata in rest stafful lasa de dorit.

Pros:

Mâncare foarte bună. Am apreciat faptul că restaurantul hotelului este deschis până la orele 22h. Poți servi o masă caldă chiar dacă te cazezi târziu. Curățenie impecabilă, personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

Ar fi putut fi mai curat (covorul de pe scări se vedea ca nu era aspirat de câteva zile bune; în camera era un miros de mop murdar).
