Un view costisitor
Pros:

Hotelul este situat intr-un loc cu vederi superbe. Se observa ca a fost amenajat cu interes si pasiune pentru frumos, insa asta acum multi ani care si-au pus amprenta peste interior si exterior. Micul dejun a fost de exceptie. Personalul amabil. In general se simte atentia la detalii, cred ca ceea ce lipseste este reabilitarea anumitor parti ale constructiei.

Cons:

Raportul calitate-pret, am achitat cat pentru camere de hotel de 4* insa ceea ce am gasit nu se ridica la nivelul asteptarilor. Restaurantul era chiar inainte de livrari si nu am avut mare flexibilitate la meniu iar preturile piperate. Mocheta murdata, balconul degradat.

Excellent service, but the hotel is outdated, overpriced, and the food is disappointing

Superb location, very very helpful staff who was all the time interested for us to feel good.

Cons:

Well… we returned here after 4 years and it seams that the owner is not interested to keep the standard of the facility: in some parts needs refurbishing, you can see the layer of dust where is not supposed to be, the yard is not really welcoming as it was some times back. One thing we did not understand: majority of the time it was only one person facing the customers: from check-in, bartender, dinner serving, breakfast, anything! I appreciate very much his support but he was looked at certain time overwhelmed! And last thing: menu is almost the same as 4 years back but … looks much overpriced: it is the only place where we ordered “chicken coquelet” and we got half (!) of such together with small side dish for a price of Michelin restaurant. Breakfast also on lower standard than we knew from years back. Definitely does not deserve the money we paid (180E per night/double room/BK inclusive).

Best place to go hiking and relax when you return
Pros:

The staff did an outstanding job. They were extremely helpful, polite and professional, always there when you needed them but never in your face. Food was also excellent, breakfast and dinnner alike.

Cons:

A water dispenser would be welcome in the sauna area.
