Dezamăgitor pentru patru stele.
Pros:

Locația, aflată în pădure, la distanță de șoseaua națională.

Cons:

Mobilier de slabă calitate. tapetul camerei vechi și urât începea să se deslipească.
Mic dejun anost. Singurul suc disponibil, un suc la pet de doi litri și jumătate.

Goede bedden, nette kamer, ruim. Rustige omgeving.Ze stuurden een vergeten item na naar een volgend hotel.

Cons:

Ontbijt werd zeer karig nadat een groep uit het hotel vertrokken was. Geen sinaasappelsap meer bij het ontbijt maar een fles Sprite. Broodjes doormidden gesneden etc.
Geen muziek meer bij de receptie. Lichten uit in het zwembad.

Totul este deteriorat, trebuie renovat!
Cons:

Totul este foarte vechi, deteriorat. In camere este un miros insuportabil de vechi. Se aude tot din camerele vecine. Nu inteleg cum un astfel de hotel poate fi de 4 stele. Curatenia lasa mult de dorit, la fel si la piscina foarte multa mizerie. Singurul lucru ok, a fost mancarea care surprinzator a fost buna si chiar nu ne asteptam ca restaurantul era absolut gol. Am mancat seara la 19.00 si a doua zi la micul dejun nici macar nu se facuse curat, era toata mizeria pe masa si pe jos. Domnul de la receptie nu era prea amabil parea chiar deranjat de check-in. Hotelul este in Timisu de Sus nu in Predeal si nu exista nici un magazin sau restaurant in apropiere.

An extraordinary experience.
Pros:

A really magnificent and relaxing experience. The garden is really impressive. I have never seen a hotel with such a wonderful view. Very big rooms, big and comfy beds😃, big and warm pool, very proffy gym. We had lots of fun playing billiard and table tennis.

Fantastic hotel with very good facilities.
Pros:

A very good and clean hotel with nice and spacious rooms. It has a good restaurant and a fantastic pool.

Cons:

I wish it was closer to the ski slopes and other restaurants as the road towards them in the evening was very often congested even if it was not a long drive you would often get stuck in traffic.

Nu se ridică la nivel de 4 stele
Pros:

Camera mare, locația, și curat in camera.

Cons:

Muzica tare de la intrare la spa , inclusiv în spa, mai ales că erau manele de toate felurile care nu cred că le era locul. Cina a fost un dezastru, trebuia să vezi când apare mâncarea că sa apuci ceva de mâncat. Staff puțin și neprofesionist, când s a cerut informații legat de mâncare s-au simțit deranjați. . Mic dejun slab, aveau 4 puncte de mâncare , 3 boluri de salata și lipsa personal. Mâncarea de baza, slab pregătit.
Spa nu exista. Exista la etaj superior o saună unde fiecare face ce vrea, și 2 dusuri care nu le înțeleg rostul. La parter e piscina mare , doar că apa este rece.

Pros:

O experiență plăcută! Am petrecut câteva zile super în acest hotel, curat, bine dotat, piscina și centrul SPA excelente, mâncarea foarte bună, rapid servită și destul de bine la preț, având în vedere scumpirile din ultima vreme.

Cons:

Gălăgia de la vecini, care se auzea destul de tare prin instalația de încălzire/ răcire și la restaurant, faptul că am comandat o coca cola și mi-a fost adusă direct în pahar.
