Locul de gratar, spatiul verde frumos amenajat, asigura loc de parcare.

Cons:

Camera e ca la spital, doar parchet pe jos fara un covorase,, peretii goi, cand vorbesti se face ecou, mobilier invechit, cu miros in baie.
