Pošto Srbijanije u EU za nas koji smo iz EU cijena mobilnog interneta i razgovora je previsoka a wifi u hotelu je slab. Svakako bi trebalo poraditi na kvaliteti interneta.

No AC at all (during hot end May-2026)
There was a board in the room asking not to open window!!

After complaining no AC they moved us to another room.
Same situation there as well.
I complain.

To my astonishment they tell me the hotel is on heater mode, and asked me to open windows!!!!!

Water is served only on the first day! Really? In a 5 star hotel where you charge so much?

Not much vegetarian options. After asking, Chef provided next day though.
But dining area and the whole hotel is begging for refurbishment. Its dirty and stinks at certain places.

Dining area is dirty and many table clothes are torn.

Very poor maintenance and extremely poor service.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
