The room is very large, Very good breakfast the price is very reasonable.

Very good and varitey of choices for breakfast, the staff recognised you and they know what coffee, or eggs we liked for breakfast. Very polite and excellent service at each department we dealt, FO, F&B, Belldesk all of them are very good.

Cons:

There is no such thing I don't like, I enjoyed every single day at the hotel, they upgraded without being asked, they even offered a basket full of different dried food, cookies, and juices because we stayed for a week.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful, no fresh products, no real coffe. Our room was at the top of the building (floor 17) and the smell of the whole floor was just unbearable. The room was really dark even if you turn on all the lights. There was no plug for the phone so I unplugged the camera fixed phone and it wasn't even working.
The shower head in the bathroom wasn't working. The beds had wheels and they would move while you were sleeping.
Finally nothing was working, the smell was awful and the breakfast unacceptable so we asked to leave the hotel and they moved us to the close 5 star hotel the empress premiere hotel which was ok (still not worthy of a 5 star title).
