We had a really pleasant and fun time at Polat!
Pros:

It was our first ski holiday as sisters, we’re so glad that we made the right choice!
Everything was exceptional, the staff, location, food, hospitality, facilities….we cannot wait for our next visit!

The staff, the facilities, the food, the location were all wonderful! Fantastic holiday 😀

Cons:

One minor criticism, there is no soundproofing between rooms and a family with 3 children were next door & the babies screamed constantly 😞😓 we felt sorry for them but it was also draining for us...

Nice option to go skiing, good all inclusive meals.
Pros:

The location is very good, rooms with nice views to the mountains, the buffet is very delicious

Cons:

Service in the outside bar ( deck ) is terrible, awful!
I don’t know why because the service in the all inclusive restaurant and in the lobby is good

U have to ask to clean the room, bring soap, water,tissues for room
