Najbolje mjesto u blizini mora.
Pros:

Mjesto je vrhunsko. Tu je bio nas medeni mjesec. Osoblje, cistoca, lokacija, ljubaznost, sve je na visokom nivou. Preporuke za sve koji hoce da odmaraju u miru. Hrana je odlicna, u skoro svakome trenutku u toku dana imate da pojedete nesto novo. Osoblje je preljubazno i odgovorno. Svako jutro cisti se soba i sredjuje. Preporuke sve.

Kommer dessverre ikke tilbake hit igjen. Sammensatt opplevelse var dårlig. Ene var pga AC som fungerte svært dårlig når

Fine fasiliteter som all inclusive, strand rett ved osv.

Cons:

Personalet var ikke hjelpsom, dårlig service! Hver gang man spurte om noe var svaret nei. AC fungerte veldig dårlig i rommet, svetta i rommet, fikk ingen hjelp.

C’est loin de tout , rien à voir aux alentours.
La literie est très mauvaise. Il a fallu réclamer une seconde clé qu’ils ne voulaient pas nous donner .
Les serviettes de toilettes sont rêches et vieilles .
Il n’y a aucune animation, ils ne parlent que le turc et l’allemand.

Весь персонал доброжелательный, клиентоориентированный, говорят на русском, английском, немецком и польском языках. Отель очень уютный, тихий. Территория облагорожена, чистая. Номера - чистые, уютные, с хорошей шумоизоляцией, со своей терассой. В номере есть фен, бесплатный мини-бар; уборка каждый день. На территории есть уютный бассейн с шезлонгами, бар (делают разные алкогольные и безалкогольные напитки). Есть спа-зона: хамам, массаж. Пляж чистый, шезлонгов на всех хватает. Заход в море каменистый. По вечерам есть шоу-программа: приглашают танцоров, певцов (длится недолго - около часа).

Tolles Hotel, aber teilweise (!) enttäuschende Mitarbeiter.
Pros:

Insgesamt hatten wir einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist ein ruhiges Adults Only Hotel in direkter Strandlage und eignet sich gut für alle, die Erholung suchen. Der Strand ist sauber, es gibt jederzeit ausreichend Liegen, sodass Reservieren nicht nötig ist. Das Essen war durchweg frisch, abwechslungsreich und international. Abends gab es regelmäßig Unterhaltung, zum Beispiel Livemusik oder Bauchtanz. Das Publikum ist überwiegend etwas älter, aber angenehm, entspannt und rücksichtsvoll. Auch den Hamam und den Spa Bereich können wir empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen dort leisten sehr gute Arbeit und nehmen sich viel Zeit.

Cons:

Wir sind als zwei Freundinnen gereist und gehörten damit offenbar nicht zur typischen Gästestruktur, die überwiegend aus Paaren besteht. Bereits beim Check-in entstand ein Problem, weil unser Zimmer nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern auf Booking entsprach. In der Zimmerbeschreibung sowie auf den Fotos war eine Schlafcouch zu sehen, die im tatsächlich zugewiesenen Zimmer nicht vorhanden war. Als wir freundlich nachfragten, ob es eine Lösung oder ein Entgegenkommen gäbe, reagierte der Hotelmanager vollkommen unprofessionell. Er wurde laut, schrie uns an, bezeichnete uns auf Türkisch als Profiteurinnen und verhielt sich herablassend und respektlos. Ein sachliches Gespräch war nicht möglich.

Der zweite Vorfall war noch gravierender. Meine Freundin und ich machten abends einen Strandspaziergang und trennten uns für kurze Zeit. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter suchte uns daraufhin und stellte mich, sichtlich alkoholisiert, allein am Strand zur Rede. Er konfrontierte mich aggressiv, warum ich dort allein sei, wo meine Freundin sei und erklärte, dass ihn das störe. Gleichzeitig sagte er, er habe den Abend mit uns verbringen wollen (obwohl das zu keinem Zeitpunkt vereinbart war/ wir keine großartige Interaktion mit ihm hatten). Diese Situation war für mich sehr beängstigend. Ich war allein auf Nacht mit einem alkoholisierten Mann am Strand und machte ihm auch klar, dass ich mich unwohl fühlte, was er aber nicht nachvollziehen konnte. Am nächsten Morgen meldete ich den Vorfall an der Rezeption. Dort wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass der betreffende Mitarbeiter mit dem Hotelmanager verwandt sei und deshalb vermutlich nichts passieren werde. Diese Reaktion empfand ich als enttäuschend.

Das Hotel selbst hat viele Stärken und eignet sich für Paare, die einen ruhigen Strandurlaub verbringen möchten. Als alleinreisende Frau oder als Gruppe von Freundinnen würde ich dieses Hotel jedoch aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Adora was such a nice and relaxing place to stay. The beach was perfect, and there were always sunbeds available, which made it even better.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi, and it was so spacious and beautiful. It was also a big plus that the bar served imported drinks and really good cocktails.

The whole staff was so kind and helpful, always there if you needed anything. I especially want to give a special thanks to Ismail. From the first day we arrived, he welcomed us with such great hospitality. He truly made our vacation even better and also arranged entertainment for the hotel. He always brought great energy, was smiling and happy, and made everyone feel welcome. By the end of our stay, he had become a friend to us!

Хороший номер , с собственным не большим бассейном, с лежаками в саду от номера , а так же с собственным бунгало на пляже, это прям топ . Хороший большой пляж , чистое море 🌊 . Хороший персонал , спасибо ☺️ Еда была достаточно не плохой , хотя есть куда рости .

Cons:

Ванная комната в номере старая , сантехника дешевая, слив в ванной не правильно построен, поэтому вода все время в ванной стояла , не добегая слива , местами плесень . Уборка в номерах слабая . Полотенца в номерах давно пора поменять , так как они уже очень изношены .
В ресторане очень плохо работают вытяжки , поэтому во время обеда , ужина , вещи пропитывают запах масла .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adora Calma Beach and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The beach was one of our favorite parts of the holiday. It was always spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. There were plenty of free sunbeds every day, with no need to reserve them early in the morning, which made our vacation so much more relaxing.

The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.

The hotel has a warm, family-like atmosphere where you can truly relax and enjoy your holiday.

Thank you to the entire Adora Calma Beach team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely come back next year and are already looking forward to our next stay!

отказ в заселении в отеле Adora Calma Beach Adults only при подтвержденном накануне бронировании
Pros:

Проехав 150 км в жару + 35 по трассе забитой фурами, на рецепшн отеля нам мило улыбнулся персонал отеля и обьявил, что брони от booking.com у него нет и он ее в системе не видит!!!! хотя накануне пришло подтверждение от отеля о забронированном номере!
Как вопрос как выйти из ситуации, предложил отвезти за 15 км в другой отель!
Отпуск испорчен и виноватых не найти!!!
на сайте booking com в моей резервации на 7/8.07 написано , клиент не приехал в отель...
как вам ситуация????
