We stayed at Four Sides Istanbul for 10 nights (May 18–27) with our family. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently below any acceptable standard.

Cleanliness: Floors and mirrors were dirty even after daily housekeeping. Unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point.

Air Conditioning: AC is centrally shut off every night, leaving the room unbearably hot. When we contacted reception, we were told the system “needs to rest.” We are guests paying for comfort — not the AC’s feelings.

Staff Behavior: Of course not all of them but some were shockingly rude. Reception staff repeatedly hung up the phone on my husband, despite the fact that he was communicating through Google Translate due to a language barrier. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to an extreme degree.

Our entire family spent 10 nights overheated and uncomfortable. We would never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

A fuir rien avoir avec les photos, le gars un peut âgé qui t’accueille à l’entrée n’est pas très poli, arrivé en chambre il à ouvert et rentré et nous avons reçu la porte au nez il n’a pas prit la peine de nous la tenir.
Le parking une horreur dans un tout mini ascenseur a te faire manœuvrer milles pour pour y garer ta voiture et descendre au parking, parking si nous pouvons vraiment dire cela en bref plus jamais

I do not recommend the property as it was not expected for a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

We were very disappointed with this property. It did not even meet the standards of a two-star hotel and felt more like a hostel.

The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The food was not fresh l, even the fries were hard and tasted as if they had been prepared days in advance. It seemed that quality was sacrificed for quantity. The only fresh items were the eggs; everything else appeared to be of very low quality or leftovers.

Cons:

The only lovely thing was the staff, especially Ali.

В номере было очень грязно. на постели были пятна, на полу куски пыли. В целом выглядело так, что в номере убирались очень давно.
И в номере стоял ужасны запах, невозможно было спать.
В номере не было ни стола, ни стула. Только кровать, одна тумбочка прикроватная, шкаф и место где стоял чайник и кружки.
Мы были в Стамбуле на несколько дней, хорошо что не стали сразу оплачивать все, оплатили здесь ночь, потом нашли другой отель.
