Cons:

Städningen var hemsk. Trots att vi gav dricks för städningen gjorde de ingenting. De tog även våra sängkläder, och vi bad dem flera gånger att ordna nya, men de gjorde ingenting åt det. Mitt i natten sa de dessutom att vi kunde hämta sängkläderna själva, och de vi fick var inte rena.

Frukosten var inte bra och motsvarade inte alls bilderna. Det fanns inte heller något kaffe eller te på rummet.

Vi är väldigt besvikna på vistelsen och servicen.

Am luat camera de la primul etaj , foarte spațioasă, curata , geamuri uriașe ,ni s-a schimbat zilnic lenjeria ,am avut loc de parcare asigurat ,paturile confortabile, peste drum un mic supermarket.Seara am avut surpriza din partea hotelului un tort si o scrisoare pentru ziua mea.
O surpriză care mi-a mers direct la suflet! ❤️🎂 Mulțumesc din toată inima întregii echipe Four Sides Istanbul pentru tortul minunat și pentru urările atât de frumoase de ziua mea..

Sehr gutes Hotel

Ufuk ve Ali çok yardımcı oldular her konuda burdan onlara teşekkür etmek isterim.. kahvaltıdaki bayanlar çok iyilerdi.. odanın büyüklüğüde süperdi.. tam merkezi konumda olmasıda süperdi.. kapalı otoparkın girişi çok dar ama işçiler yardımcı oluyorlar

الموقع ممتاز و قريب من كافة الخدمات و الأسواق و المطاعم

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر للأستاذ أيران علي تفهمه و حسن أستماعه و تودده و لكافة أفراد الطاقم
و كذلك طاقم الأفطار جدا ودودين و متعاونين

Cons:

شخص واحد أسمه أفق عندما كانت بداية المشكلة في أعطائي غرف غير متوافقة كان يريد أفراض رأيه و عند أبلاغي بأنه يستدعي البوليس قلت له نعم أطلب البوليس تراجع بعدها لمعرفته بخطائهم و لكن أستدرك الوضع ثاني يوم الأستاذ أيران لأننا كنا في الليل

J’ai demandé les serviettes l j’ai réclamé quatre fois! J’ai réservé trois jours en avance, je reste que deux jours j’ai laissé tomber un jour, je ne peux plus rester là-bas malgré que j’ai payé avant!

Intet - vi tjekkede ud kort efter tjek in. Vi opholdte os maks 15 minutter. Der lugtede fælt af skimmelsvamp og parkeringshuset var fyldt med vand og fugt. Værelset lugtede af skimmelsvamp og stedet fremstod ikke familievenligt
