It’s close to everything, including the B1 Marmaray train line, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. Book early, as they sell out quickly!
Very clean and tidy. They changed the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels every day, and cleaned the room thoroughly.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotellino Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul.
But the highlight of our stay was Sofia, the sweetest cat! My wife and I absolutely loved her. She truly feels like the icon of the hotel and made our visit even more special. We already miss her!

One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever seen. To be honest, this isn’t a hotel,it’s more like a poorly maintained, low-budget hostel.
There was no air conditioning, and the smell of sewage was unbearable throughout the property. The towels were left on the bathroom floor, and everything felt dirty and neglected. The entire place smelled awful.
I couldn’t stay there and decided to leave immediately. The positive reviews don’t reflect my experience at all. Don’t fall into this trap,save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

The day before my check in, Hotellino charged my card for the full stay even though my reservation was a no prepayment (pay at the property)reservation. I had to contact booking.com to cancel my reservation because I couldn't trust the hotel anymore. On check in day, they tried to charge my card again but for the first night only since their first attempt at charging my card wasn't successful. Then, one of the hotel's employees contacted me, and was very rude to me when I informed her that I want to cancel because of they breached the agreement, and I couldn't trust them.
Good vicinity to the main attractions. Very comfortable room.

Lokalizacja super, większość miejsc wartych odwiedzenia w zasięgu piechotą, Pałac Topkapi, Cysterna Bazyliki, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar. Blisko do metra, na prom i na tramwaj.
Jest winda, obsługa recepcji uśmiechnięta i sympatyczna.
Brudna szyba ( ptak zapaskudził) poprosiłam o umycie i Pani tylko troszkę zeskrobała. Śniadanie w sumie dobre ale mały wybór. Kawa niedobra. Gorąca woda pomieszana z kawą bo urządzenie było nieszczelne. Budynek już zaczyna wymagać remontu.

Το Hotelino ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό,μικρό οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο που είχε υπηρεσίες 5 αστέρων.Εχει κρατήσει αυτό το χαρακτήρα,αλλά χρειάζονται κάποιες αλλαγές(κυρίως ανακαίνιση σε κάποια πράγματα,όπως λίγο τα πατώματα των δωματίων,το μπάνιο αν και είναι αξιοπρεπέστατο και καθαρό, θέλει γενικά ένα φρεσκαρισμα) για να ξαναλαμψει σαν μικρό διαμαντακι όπως όταν δημιουργήθηκε.Το πρωινό είναι όμορφο και προσεγμένο δεν είναι το βιομηχανοποιημένο πρωινό των χωρών που έχουν πολύ τουρισμό αλλά είμαι σίγουρη ότι αν μπορέσουν να βελτιώσουν λίγο την εικόνα του χρόνου που πέρασε από πάνω του μπορεί να γίνει αξιοθαύμαστο.
Prosjecan dorucak, stariji hotel kojem bi dobro doslo dodatno ulaganje, uglavnom cisto je, gospođa koja radi kao sobarica svaki dan je sređivala sobu, lokacija je izvrsna i povezana transportom sa svim lokacijama, Galata most 5 minuta pjeske, Sultanahmet 10 minuta, Eminonu (trajekt) 5 minuta, mnogo radnji i restorana u samoj ulici.
tanki zidovi, bilo je nekih arapskih gostiju koji su dolazili u alkoholiziranom stanju i pravili poprilicnu buku, rijesili smo to na "bosanski" nacin.
Hotelino is a solid pick if your plan is to explore the city all day and come back just to sleep and recharge. For the price, the 3-person room was absolutely worth it. Breakfast was surprisingly good too.
The hotel life sometimes takes a bit of time apart form that everything is coool
The area around the hotel stays lively until about 2 AM, and even in the off-season the service was on point. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean every day while we were out sightseeing.
Location-wise, it’s great — really close to Hagia Sophia, and there’s a tram line right behind the hotel, so getting around Istanbul is super easy. Plenty of other good hotels and shops around as well (just know your bargaining tricks).
And honestly… the main attraction? The cat. I’m not even a cat person, I actually hate cats — but this guy gave me the sweetest goodbye. 🥹
Overall, good stay, good value, perfect for travellers.
