Amazing boutique place.
Pros:

The property is right at the beach. All rooms are ocean front. They only have 5 rooms and it is very intimate. The place is beautiful and well taken care of. Patricia was great and very helpful.
Can wait to go back.

Der traumhafte Strand mit nahe gelegener Sandbank, der ruhige Innenbereich mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten und Pool, die sauberen Zimmer in traditionellem Design und mit sensationellem Ausblick (Moskitonetz vorhanden), das hervorragende Essen (mit vegetarischen Optionen), die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Wie fast überall in Sansibar wird man leider auch hier von Strandverkäufern angesprochen - dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Bei Flut kann man aber ungestört ins Meer gehen.

Hekaya Hotel ... a dream, a paradise with the Rock restaurant just nearby!

Loved the way the 5 room hotel was designed to give enough space to guests with a small curated garden, front beach chair area, bar and restaurant, ...small attention to detail hotel , Location of hotel was right in front of the beach

Unser Aufenthalt im Hekaya Zanzibar war einfach traumhaft. Die wunderschöne, ruhige Lage fernab vom Massentourismus macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hat uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch, abwechslungsreich und unglaublich lecker. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man spürt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail dieses kleine Paradies geführt wird. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.

Lovely relaxing stay

The property is beautiful in a great location, peaceful and quiet and very relaxing. The staff were lovely and so helpful! I will definitely be recommending and coming back!

Awesome Hekya
Pros:

This is an amazing property ! The location on the beach is awesome, the views from the balcony are just incredible. The room is simple and tastefully decorated , same is the bathroom. All you need for a beach holiday is there-towel, sun hat(no need to take with you). Patricia is such a welcoming lady, she showed us around the house, gave us the number of a diving club and was always there if we needed something. The staff is also great- we really enjoyed the presence of John the gardener, he loves his plants and his job. Navigating to the house is easy, but be aware that there is road works currently and is slower than normally. There are few nice restaurants round the corner , including The Rock, which is not so special as it sounds. We can definitely recommend the place to have a nice and respectful holiday. Forgot to mention -the breakfast is really good!

Very nice beach location.
Pros:

Beautiful beach location. Very good food. Very nice people working there, always trying to make our stay pleasant. Great AC.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows are soft and makes you feel hot, something we didn't like but not much to do about it. AC flow is exactly towards the bed but with a little bit of adjustment we managed to sleep ok overall.

Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die ganze Architektur und Atmosphäre entschleunigend, sooo schön, das Personal extrem freundlich! Die Gartenanlage gleicht einem kleinen botanischen Garten.
Auch die Küche ist phantastisch.

Hotel to klasa sama w sobie. Wszystko mega dopracowane. Pyszna kuchnia i wspaniałe drinki. Bardzo uczynna obsługa i wspaniała właścicielka potrafiąca rozwiązać każdy problem w sposób zasługujący na najwyższą ocenę. Bardzo kameralnie i domowo. Super jedzenie i napoje. Plaża sprzątana wcześnie rano przez personel. Był to nasz 5 hotel na wyspie więc mamy jakieś porównanie. Niemiecka jakość na Zanzibarze :) POLECAM
