Love this place, this is my third time here in Papaya. They make me feel like home. The stuff is perfect, kind and sweet. The breakfast always very good, the place is very close to the beach. i will come back for sure.

Pros:

We spent two weeks here, and I can honestly say that I haven't felt this relaxed and happy in a very long time. It truly felt like home.

A huge thank you to Mohamed, who was there for us throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Such an amazing person!

Special thanks also to Franky, an incredible chef! The food was the best we had anywhere on the island. Every meal was absolutely delicious.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach.

We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful and unforgettable!

for the money it was very good but with few updates, it can become a very good place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Beach was on a two minute walk distance. Location is good. Value for money. Friendly staff and very helpful. Cosy atmosphere. restaurants and other amenities very accessible.

Cons:

Bathrooms need some attention. Bed mattress needs an update. Very gloomy in certain areas, need some more lights especially outside the rooms. no glasses on windows hence no privacy when you are in your room. internet connection only in public areas, it was a challenge to access internet in rooms. Too many lizards.

I am only putting a 5 star so many people will see this, Please do not book this place, it is absolutely horrible, dirty and disgusting and it’s catfish, there is no WiFi and they don’t disclose that till you get there, the place is a dump, so dirty and filthy, poor breakfast, the bedding and pillow cases had stains on them, the chairs in the dining area were dirty , the manager is rude and insulted us for complaining to booking.com about the place, please and please if you don’t want your holiday ruined, run away from this place, there’s nothing good about it , there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the shower had no pressure, hot water was limited too, the place smelled and the room smelled of urine

Everything, it’s riddled in Algae and germs, there’s no WiFi in the rooms and it’s not mentioned before booking, the manager is horrible, the bedding had stain on them and smelled of urine, it absolutely ruined our time and caused issues between my partner and I, this place is catfish and looks nothing like the pictures online,please check all the bad reviews

-Lo chef fantastico! Ci ha cucinato dei piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo spesso mangiato lí e i prezzi sono veramente ottimi.

Cons:

Degrado generale delle camere e degli ambienti comuni. Nelle camere c'erano formiche e vari insetti ovunque, gli asciugamani erano sporchi. Mancano le finestre (ci sono solo le zanzariere) quindi la mattina senti moltissimi rumori giá da molto presto. Il bagno dopo la doccia rimaneva completamente allagato e non si asciugava più, inoltre l'acqua ogni tanto veniva chiusa e non potevi quindi più utilizzarla.
Negli spazzi comuni, pavimenti spaccati, pochissima luce, cuscini delle poltrone e tavoli sporchi!
