Чистий, сучасний та просторий готель, дякую!
Pros:

Букали стандартний номер, так як інші відвідувачі вирішили продовжити своє перебування в готелі нам дали люкс (підвищили рівень номеру). Готель сам по собі сучасний, чистий, рецепція працює цілодобово, що дуже зручно коли заїжджаєш вночі. На верхньому поверсі є ресторан, де можна замовити чудові сніданки: солоний та солодкий, ціни доступні для всіх, страви дуже смачні, також можна замовити каву/чай. Персонал дуже привітний, допомагають по любому питанню.
Люкс номер дійсно неймовірно просторий, чистий, комфортний, не "обшарпаний" як буває в більшості готелів. Ліжка і подушки дуже зручні тому рекомендую всім, хто цінує свій комфорт. Номери тихі, сусідів не чули)
При готелі є відкритий паркінг.
Після нашого перебування тут ще залишались в інших готелях м.Чернівці, але ні один готель не був на такому рівні як готель "Арбат".
Дякую за чудовий відпочинок.

Гарний інтерʼєр

Cons:

Забронювали сімейний номер, було вказана наявність 2х ліжок, по факту був диван, який був просто зламаний. Звернулись до адміністратора, порадив написати на папері звернення до власників…. І повернути гроші… але це був вечір і ми були з трьома дітьми, тому наполягли на вирішенні питання по місцю. Доставили розкладачку. Ліфт не працює. Звукоізоляції немає
