Pros:

Гарний дворівневий номер люкс в класичному стилі , все є від рушників до посуду. Є додаткові до центрального опалення обігрівачі. Але вже номер потребує дрібного ремонту, приклеїти стільці, місцями замінити плитку, затерти шви плитки, замінити герметик в душовій.

З плюсів- Нафтусю можна скуштувати у холлі, гарна зелена територія, смачна кава у холлі.

Cons:

Не сподобався спа комплекс. Дуже смердить хлоркою, слизька плитка, з дітьми особливо маленькими потрібно дуже обережно. Басейн холодний, джакузі не працює, інфрачервона сауна наполовину прогнила, типу хамам, та сама фінська лазня тільки обкладена плиткою, ні вологості, ні низької температури, температура від фінської відрізняється на 10 градусів. По суті єдине, що відповідало очікуванням від спа це фінська сауна.

Загальне враження - хотіли готель зі спа, але вийшло без спа

Pros:

Готель загалом непоганий. Номери чисті, але вже трохи потребують оновлення.Персонал ввічливий. Сніданки стандартні, без особливого різноманіття. Для короткого перебування — хороший варіант.

Cons:

У басейні холодна вода для маленьких дітей від заявлених 26-28 було 24(
Було б добре додати розважальні програми для гостей

Холодильник на одну ніч!
Cons:

Зрозуміло що оцінка суб'єктивна і пов'язана з вимкненням світла, але маючи власну котельню і не зробити щоб в номерах було тепло, щоб спати в одязі (носки, кофта, штани). Не говорячи що спа-отель басейн в якому 19 градусів!! Зате світло в коридорі.
