Задоволені перебуванням
Pros:

В ніч коли ми зупинялись була масована атака, дякуючи персоналу супроводили бо укриття (паркінг поруч). Персонал в усіх питаннях були відкриті і завжди готові допомогти. Номер був з міні-кухнею. З радістю повернусь до вас знову.

Cons:

Спочатку засмутило що всі номери знаходяться 7поверх і вище.

Pros:

Дуже сподобалося перебування в готелі Asteri. Усе чисто, затишно та продумано до дрібниць — є навіть такі необхідні речі, як голка з ниткою. Сніданки смачні, а порції великі.
Окрема подяка працівниці Світлані за її привітність, уважність і толерантне ставлення до наших побажань. Хоча деякі офіціанти бували без настрою, загальне враження від сервісу залишилося дуже позитивним.
Рекомендуємо готель Asteri та із задоволенням повернемося ще раз!

Pros:

Чисто та просторо, вічливий персонал який завжди готовий дпомогти з любих питань. Номер обладнано міні кухнею та посудом на 2х персон. Але нажаль немає якихось серветок щоб витерти руки на кухні та миючого засобу для посуду щоб можна було помити та скористатись повторно. Посуд який був брудний на час прибирання в номері було вимито персоналом, і це дуже приємно, але враховуючи що прибирання раз на добу а посуд може знадобитись частіше, то булоб добре мати змогу зробити це самостійно.

Cons:

Для мене не достатньо обладнана міні-кухня.

Very good and hope they keep up the excellent work even during this hard times
Pros:

Good and family like place where rooms and cleaning are the priority. Very nice roof restaurant for cool for hot days.
Near to the most with grocery shops and nice square and street markerts near, as a returning old customer it's one of the safest place not near open area or near any strategic objects.

Cons:

Was here many times but now the wells in toilets was clogged. They fixed it fast but still not worked 100% but it was ok enough.
Hope they look in to this, we're very well aware of the situation in Ukraine.
