I've visited hundreds of hotels, but this one is exceptional because of its very friendly, competent, and helpful staff. It's the people who create the atmosphere.
Right from the start, a very kind gentleman escorted our car to the parking lot, and we were given the quiet room I'd requested. The rooms are very pleasant, and the beds are absolutely comfortable. The bathroom heater was always hot (end of May), so it's nice to dry off after a bath with a warm towel.
The restaurant is on the 7th floor of the hotel and has a wonderful view of the Opera House and the fountain square. At breakfast, it was easy to swap out ingredients for others in the set menus, making us feel well-cared for.
Finally, at check-out, I saw a beautiful album on display in the lobby and asked if I could buy it.
The friendly lady at the front desk made sure I could take the album with me.
The hotel is located right next to the Old Town, so you can explore, come back for a rest, and then go back out again. This is very convenient.

The place is good
The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The view from the window to the opera is amazing.
Noise outside the window from cars in the morning. The breakfast could be better.
