Чудовий готель за таку ціну в самому центрі Одеси
Pros:

Чудовий готель у самому серці Одеси, не дивлячись на галасні бари прямо знадвору - вночі в номері було тихо, звуки не заважали.
Персонал готелю надзвичайно привітний, із розумінням поставились до нашої ситуації і ми мали змогу заселитися раніше.
Чисто, тихо, затишно, все що потрібно для гарного відпочинку в готелі.
Однозначно повернемось саме сюди наступного разу.

сніданок був ситний, готель дуже антуражний, зі своєю естетикою

Cons:

не було у номері засобів для гігієни: гелів для душу, зубної пасти, нормального мила, бо мило було в зламаному дозаторі, звідки неможливо було дістати.

Pros:

мене не заселили у готель , повідомивши що номер який я забронювала зайнятий
І можуть замінити на інший що у двічі менший за розмірами та знаходиться у підвалі?
не розумію яким чином готель веде облік вільних номерів
Дуже шкода , адже були наміри відвідати самий цей готель
