мене не заселили у готель , повідомивши що номер який я забронювала зайнятий
І можуть замінити на інший що у двічі менший за розмірами та знаходиться у підвалі?
не розумію яким чином готель веде облік вільних номерів
Дуже шкода , адже були наміри відвідати самий цей готель

Досить непогано🙂
Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування в центрі. Є укриття. Можна з тваринками. Ввічливий та уважний персонал, завжди допоможуть. Чистота в номері. Закритий, тихий двір, вночі не чутно гучних людей в центрі та музики. Під час тривоги спокійно, бо готель закритий більшими будівлями спереду і збоку.

Cons:

На весь готель є тільки одна жіночка, яка працює за всіх, хоча вона все, що може, робить по-максимуму. У неділю вона вихідна, тому, якщо вам щось потрібно буде, нікого в готелі не буде. Охорони в готелі теж немає.
