Pros:

La hospitalidad 100 de 10, la locación del estadio GNP a solo 15 minutos.
Y alguien que sufre de insomnio la cama está cómoda.

Cons:

Solo la cortina, podrían poner algo que cubra mas la luz jejejeje. Pero todo muy bien. Excelente. Gracias.

Buen hotel, aunque no respeta la oferta de desayuno incluído

Es bueno el hotel, sin embargo, no respetan sus ofertas, no nos respetaron el desayuno incluído en nuestra reservación, en la oferta dice claramente desayuno incluído y en la mañana del domingo me dijeron que solo era desayuno continental y solo para una persona, cuando mi reserva fue para 2 personas.

El personal no resolvió, prefirió no dar alternativas, solo se negó a dar el desayuno que estaba incluído.

Scamming hotel
Pros:

Location was ok. Free parkinga available

Cons:

Staff was terrible, very rude. They charged more than shown in the final price for booking. The lady first said it was a fee from booking but then I showed her that was not the case. She refused to respect the price and charged me with full price. She said we wouldnt get a room unless we paid full price. She also refused to explain why would it be more expensive. just making up excuses. Terrible place

La cercanía al estadio Banorte

Cons:

No servía el clima y al ingresar no me dijieron nada y pague normal la habitación y hacía muchísimo calor al preguntar me dijeron que no servían los climas y tampoco tenían ventiladores

Segura y divertida
