تعامل الطاقم غير احترافى واسلوب تطفيش
حجزت هذا الفندق بالاخص لوجود مسبح داخلى للاولاد ولكن المسبح يعمل فقط 7 ساعات نهارية للنزلاء وباقى اليوم مؤجر لجهه خارجية .
غير معقول فندق بالحجم ده يحدث به هذا الكلام .
يعنى اذا النزيل عنده مشوار الظهر ما راح يستفيد بالمسبح باى شكل رغم ان المسبح جزء من الخدمات المدفوغة فى الحجز يالفعل .
حجزت ليلتين ودفعتهم ولكن جلست فقط ليلة واحده وخرجت ولا اسامحهم أبدا.
ده بالاضافة الى سوء صرف المياه فى ارضية الحمام وكانها بركة .

التلفزين ..حجمه صغير.....لم يكن جيدا...واتمنى ان يكون سمارت...ولا يوجد فيه يو تيوب..او نت فليكس...
والغرف الظاخليه..غير مكله كانها سجن مركزي...

Bad stay at Howard Johnson Dammam
Pros:

Location was ok . Bed was comfy and room space was good

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly
Noise insulation was terrible
People kept calling other rooms instead of reception
Cleaning staff did not replenish Toiletries
Reception staff were either rude or unhelpful

will not go back...employees don t give you access to the swiming pool ...they must keep it for them

Cons:

they have a clean swiming pool but they said during 3 days it was on maintenance to avoid have clients in it...there was no maintenance at all done or to do...the roof top is nice but out of order, not used, not clean, ...the employees are not happy to see clients and they tried also to charge me two times the room...take care. Booking mentioned a total for 2 rooms and they tried to charge 2 times the total for 2 rooms...no breakfast too...and put the tag otherwise they don t clean the room...
