لاتوجد مواقف - عدم نجاحهم في ازالة روايح الحمامات النابعة من كوع كرسي الحمام الداخلي وفشل الشفاط الداخلي في سحب الروايح - عدم عمل ريموت التلفاز عن بعد بغرفة النوم الرئيسية - عدم وجود ميكرويف - موظف الخدمة يتجاهل التأكد من تشغيل أدوات المطبخ وكيفية تركيب طاولة الطعام للعملاء - رمي مناشف الوجه على الأرض مع الشبشب على أرضية عتبة مدخل الحمام - يحتاج العاملين لخدمة الغرف تطوير قدراتهم لخدمة العميل بشكل احترافي - عدم وجود أكثر من موظف لخدمة النزلاء بالاستقبال سوأ بالدخول او الخروج مما يسبب الارباك والازعاج - المكيفات مزعجة جدا وكانك في ورشة عمل - لاتوجد خدمة وجود عامل لتقديم القهوة والتمر عند الاستقبال لتلافي وتغطية تأخير إجراء دخول العميل او خروجه المزدحمة - وجود مصعد واحد فقط بالخدمة مما يسبب ضغط كثرة النزلاء اوقات الذروة - لايوجد معطر جو لمواجهة الروايح المزعجة .

لا يوجد تناسق بين الوان الاثاث ...
لو يعتمد على دمج الالوان بشكل افضل والاثاث البسيط ويفضل تكبير النوافذ لادخال ضوء الشمس بشكل افضل **(دورات المياه تحتاج الى نظافه اكثر )واهتمام اكبر يتضح عليها بقع قديمه استدعيت العامل ينظفها ابد مافرق المفروض يستخدم مساحيق تنظيف جوده مثل فلاش اوكلوركس هاربك البقع قديمه يبيلها تنظيف بشكل جيد**
