Чудовий, затишний отель, з чудовим персоналом і власним рестораном.

Розташування, великий і просторий номер. Чисто, привітний персонал, чудові ліжка. Наявність ресторану на першому поверсі

Чисто, дуже смачна їжа в ресторані

Cons:

Адміністраторка зовсім не вміє комунікувати з дітьми. Якщо готель погодився заселяти дітей з футбольної команди, то це очевидно що діти не ходитимуть мовчки коридорами. Підвищувати тон на дітей-гостей готелю та ображати їх словесно- це неповага до них, ознака низького сервісу персоналу. Для прикладу пʼяні гості вночі шуміли-їм адміністраторка не казала подібного що дітям. Власники готелю, робіть висновки щодо персоналу. Це не поодинокий випадок.

Дуже чисто, видно що доглядають за номером. Приємний та дуже привітний персонал, все допоможуть і підкажуть) Для нас було дуже зручне розташування, адже готель знаходиться по прямій на вʼїзді/виїзді з міста, є паркінг, можна залишити машину і одразу при готелі є зупинка громадського транспорту, 3 зупинки і ти в центрі міста. Поруч заправка, продуктовий, аптека. Ціна дуже доступна як на таку якість.
