Cons:

Reception Habibies are awful. Especially the fat twisted arabian one. Toilet is so small that it's quite difficult to close the door. The shower area is a total mass, and water floods all over the toilet during shower. Our checkout was on friday, I requested many time to extend the checkout until 2 PM, but they didn't. I visit Makkah and Madina frequently, all the hotels extend checkout on friday due to Jummah prayer. I am really disappointed by their service in my 5 days stay in there. Most importantly, the hotel location is quite odd, most uber/ taxi drivers struggle to find this hotel. I wouldn't recommend anyone this hotel to anyone.
