فندق محترم ونضيف ولكن يحتاج الى تحسين او تغيير بعض الموضفين وليس الكل للامانه الى موضفين ذو لباقه اكثر ولطافه مع العميل

جمال الفندق بشكل عام كان مريح الى درجه مرضيه

خدمة العملاء وخصوصاً احد البنات كانت اساليبها جافه جداً وكاننا في محكمه

الفندق جميل و رائع و غاية فى النظافة
يتوفر باص الى المسجد الحرام معظم الأوقات و يتوفر أيضا حلاق ممتاز
بوفيه الإفطار متنوع و جميل جدا
