Great location and very practical amenities !
The carpet floors
The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.
The air conditioner was noisy and constantly turning off and on.
Clean, proximity to downtown and beach. Friendly staff. Everything was just easy.
The Aspinquid is within a few minutes of the main beach. They also offer a pool and excellent fitness center.
They state there is NO smoking on the property or there is a $250 fine! They do not enforce it this policy. I watched a guy smoke a cigar all week on his deck and in the water garden they have on property! In addition, there were 2 people smoking cigarettes in the parking lot! Don’t have rules that are not enforced!

very close to beach and town
The walls were very thin and a baby was next door. There was a lot of crying and noise each night of our stay.

Great location. We were a block away from the ocean. Shops were nearby. It was perfect.
The price was high, but we understood that being the Fourth of July weekend, but it was the price we were willing to pay for the great experience.

Room was a bit tight for two large beds
The location was very good. and I loved the patio area. bathroom was very clean and well designed.
Some of the furniture was a bit outdated. there was little or no sound insulation from the hall, other doors and adjoining rooms.
I loved the location. So close to everything and didn’t need to take the car. Loved it. Have stayed here before.

The only issue was if you have a guest above the floor noise can be loud. Otherwise friendly staff ,clean and convenient to shopping ,beach restaurants.
The location was terrific. The staff were great. The kitchenette was unexpected and we loved it! When we go back to Ogunquit, we will stay at Aspinquid if there is availability, hands down, no question.
The water could have been hotter in the shower, but it wasn't bad. Despite the fact that we were in a non-smoking room, the people above us smoked. That was the biggest, and only real complaint we had.
