Forever grateful
Pros:

Excellent customer service with compassion. Jamal most certainly went out of his way when my husband suffered a severe cardiac emergency within an hour of check in. He immediately was at my room within minutes of the 911 call and entered his contact info on my phone so I could communicate with him if I needed anything. This was a traumatic experience that will be ongoing for many months of recovery to come. But I will never forget that young man's care, compassion and human decency. Thank you Jamal.

It was awesome

Cons:

The building was hot and I didn't care for how the bathroom was situated, it was very small and there was hardly any room to move. We also had the air conditioning going the entire time and after we had gone to bed it just stopped running out of nowhere in the middle of the night. We woke up to a very hot room. I got up to check it and it was still on but for some reason not running, it wasn't blowing any air. Couldn't figure out why.

Pros:

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Large TV was nice, but covered all of top of bureau.

Cons:

Heating unit near ceiling so did not warm room. Very high step to access room. No stand to put suitcase on. No place to set coffee cup. We brought in side table from porch. TV covered all of bureau, so no place to set down small items. Only lights were in bathroom and one table lamp located behind TV. It was useless there. We had to move the bureau, hoping we did knock over TV in order to unplug it and put it on bedside stand.

Excellent location to the beach. Pool area great for kids. Bathroom had been updated, room was clean

Cons:

Room need to be updated. No chairs, desk, only one lamp and side table. Suggest adding kleenex and shower cap to amenities in the room. Also very thin walls.
