Really pleasant stay with affordable price.
Pros:

Location perfect between beach and town but quiet and Japanese garden/river view lovely. Staff sent me early notification when my room was ready and allowed me to use parking lot until then so I could play. I was in the lower section so no one passed my room, no noise, and seating in garden for hanging out so not "trapped" in room.

Cons:

Everything great. Preseason so no idea how mid season compares.

Nice location and stay, mattress and AC system should have been better to enjoy the stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

The mattresses were not comfortable. The AC system sucks. It was too loud and regardless of the auto mode it keeps shutting on and off with a loud noise every time it does that. Really an annoying one to sleep.

It my go to hotel when staying in Ogunquit Maine
Pros:

The staff extremely nice! The rooms and grounds are super clean. They have an outdoor pool. Cleanest pool I’ve ever seen!

Cons:

The location. Right downtown in Ogunquit. Can walk everywhere

Pros:

Location is great, but what really made a difference is the front desk staff Janigue. She was always so helpful and full of great suggestions. We would have missed the sand bar if it wasn’t for her and some great spots to eat.

Cons:

The bed was sagging, besides that everything else was ok.

Perfect stay for a beach vacation
Pros:

Location is super close to the beach and large choice of restaurants. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good.

Cons:

Breakfast isn’t included, we heard the people above us walking around, so not really sound insulated. Shower head was a bit low for us.
