The staff are really friendly and helpful. Every one there are great

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights but our room wasn’t serviced until the third day we were there (which is fine) but we ran out of things like toilet paper and I ended up having to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper and my husband used the toilet on Floor 2 to help with the toilet paper used (we had 4 people staying) and the toilet bowl was leaking water. There should be an area (if possible) set up somewhere for smokers rather than on the street curb (for safety reasons)

Excellent except for breakfast.
Pros:

The room. The staff and the fact that there was a laundry room. The hotel is beatiful and clean.

Cons:

I payed for breakfast, it was a buffet but there were qlso waiters who poured orange juice. I couldn't even find water and had to ask for some. The waiters at the end handed us a bill of the amount that was prepaid for breakfast (according to the number of people) and were expecting to be tipped accordingly each morning. That is just wrong!!!

Pros:

La posizione, molto comoda. La colazione, varia e con un ottima vista.

Cons:

La prima camera era situata sopra i motori del condizionamento ed era estremamente rumorosa. La seconda camera aveva delle macchie nelle lenzuola. Nella hall il ragazzo è stato disponibilissimo e alla terza camera abbiamo trovato una sistemazione idonea.

Gute Lage beim Union Square ( trotz Nähe zum Tenderloin Viertel), sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sehr großes und bequemes Bett, unkomplizierter Check in & out, guter und schneller Lift mit Zimmerkarte steuerbar, Frühstück in Buffet Form war ok und ausreichend im Angebot, kostenloses Wasser mit Karaffe pro Stockwerk verfügbar, Hotel hat einen gewissen Charme

En el mejor lugar para trasladarse por San Francisco y si es sin auto, mejor.
Pros:

Ubicación. Precio calidad. Muy buena atención por parte de los mozos del desayunador.

Cons:

Como suele suceder en el circuito hotelero. Después de horas de viaje, incapaces de dejarnos ingresar a la habitación antes de las 16 horas. Sucede en todos lados. Pero destaco que el hotel no estaba lleno y no hubiera costado nada que nos dejaran ingresar. Igualmente nos guardaron las valijas para poder recorrer.
