Enjoyed the bar experience and drinks were free and of course view
Pros:

Location was great just shocked we had to pay $110 plus taxes for an overnight parking! Because we had a jeep wagon suv. The other thing was the time of breakfast not till 730am. Need to be made early especially with early morning flights to get too like we did so was unable to have breakfast.

Breakfast made available earlier.

Exceptionnel grâce à tout le staff.
Pros:

Accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel toujours à votre écoute et prêt à vous aider et accompagner.
Décors et cuisine exceptionnel.
Emplacement parfait au pied de Knob Hill et Union Square. Proximité des bus pour aller à Golden Gate et Cable Car.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, le personnel était vraiment adorable et serviable
Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec plusieurs choix sucré/salé
l’happy hour super avec une très belle vue sur tout San Francisco

Cons:

Les fenêtres des chambres sont mal isolées donc on entend tout à l’extérieur surtout le vent
on était prévu à 4 et on a eu que 3 serviettes

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, la taille de la chambre, le personnel et la propreté du lieu ainsi que l’ambiance général.
Petit plus pour l’apéro du soir offert par l’hôtel

Cons:

Notre chambre était communicante avec une autre et elle était malheureusement que séparé par une porte.
De ce fait nous entendions le moindre bruit.

A place that I can highly recommend & I would 100% stay here again.
Pros:

first time staying at your Hotel, went above & beyond my expectations. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. Location good to where I needed to be. Breakfast very good and amazing Staff.
