Great place for a short stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Walkable to some bars/restaurants & just a little further to Frisco center.

Cons:

A little dated; could do with bathroom/sheet/furniture updating. This is an observation it didn’t take away from the comfort of the room.

Terrible stay in this hotel
Pros:

Big room

Cons:

- Due to the old carpets, I could smell a very bad odor coming from the stairs, hallways, and rooms.
- During our stay (three days), none of the sheets were changed.
- Because our room overlooked the parking lot of large trucks and trailers, the sounds of their horns and gasping for air disturbed our peace at night and we did not sleep well.
- The lavatory was not in the bathroom, but in the room, and it was very small.

I would go back there. The cost met the value.
Pros:

Everything appeared clean. Its and older property but it looks like they try hard to keep it up.

Cons:

Bed could have been better. Everything was clean but the bed appeared to have a thin matress.

Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Softest towels of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, sheets smelled good, everything was clean and I could open my window.

Cons:

It’s not a pretty location but it is conveniently located right off of I-70, close to fast food and Walmart.
