This place feels like we were staying with distant relatives and not your average hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is managed by the same family that owns it. Breakfast was delicious and overall treatment by the staff was wonderful. My friend and I walked to “el centro de San Cristobal” and we felt safe.

Cons:

You can absolutely hear all the noise from the outside inside the bedroom. Cleaning could’ve been better, sheets had some hairs and the bed wasn’t very comfortable neither the pillows. The toilet rim was broken as well so we kept sliding every time we sat down.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! De kamer was heel goed in orde. We konden heel de dag thee, koffie en fruit pakken. En het ontbijt was ook erg lekker! Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit, echt een klein museum zoals iedereen zegt.

Pros:

Breakfast changed daily and was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms were very dark. We realize this was partially to keep with the historical style, but bigger windows or a skylight would have been excellent.

Luxury in a small package that delivers comfort.
Pros:

We were amazed by how we were treated. The service is better than 5 star hotels. Truly a very nice experience. The staff is amazing & you don’t notice when they come or go. They are there to make sure your every need is met. A wonderful experience.

Pros:

Gran lugar para hospedarse en San Cris, tiene estacionamiento y está muy cerca de la plaza principal, solo unas cuadras caminando y tienes todo. Atención espectacular 🙏🏼 tienes café, té, agua y fruta disponible todo el tiempo.
El personal súper amable, el desayuno que teníamos incluido muy basto y delicioso, las chicas de la cocina siempre muy atentas.
Lo recomiendo completamente. Sin duda volveremos
