I liked that there was a balcony and we could open the door to air out the horrible smell.
It smelled awful like stale cigarettes and the whole room was absolutely filthy with layers of dust and grime.
Its location was convenient due to the last minute reservation, the desk clerk was friendly even with being busy and rude guests.
The outside entrance door anyone can access it w/o s key card, room 227 door doesn’t shut completely needs additional security, patio door lock was broken, bathroom light doesn’t work, all furnishings needs to be replaced, trash behind/beside all furnishings, refrigerator/ microwave were disgustingly with bad smells, and shower curtain needs to be replaced.
I was very comfortable and the sheets was clean and smelled like bleach.
I understand it’s pet friendly but the halls smell like dog heavily. The floors in my room had not been swept of mopped. They need a better cleaning staff for floors in rooms and hallways

My wife hated it. Place smelled. Floors dirty. Toilet had not been cleaned. Sliding door did not lock and used metal bar to hold door shut. Looked like dogfood was on the floor.
The day shift lady behind the desk was really helpful and nice and let us check in a little early and if we come back we will use them again...
It sometimes little hard to get out of the place cause of traffic
The room ( sleeping/ living area)was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean.
The toilet wasn't secured to the floor, shifting every time my wife went to the bathroom. The mini fridge also was questionable as it was unplugged when we entered the room. when finally plugged in it took 24 hours before it started working ( light didn't come on nor did the compressor cycle). Once it started working it was fine.
Drywall dust on furniture, the hallway had a very bad smell. No tv remote in room I had to go back to front desk to get one. Person who didn’t clean the room should have made sure it was there.

The location staff and the jacuzzi was great!!!
It was somewhat out dated. The tv when turned on started at 97 for the volumn. People were living in the hotel and there was fighting going on. The shower did not work but was fixed right away.
