Todo muy limpio la atención del Sr qie nos recibió.

Para llegar al centro bajando muy cerca, depronto en la subida un poco agitador caminando.pero todo ok

Lovely little guesthouse with a v attentive host
Pros:

Lovely little quirky gusthouse. The owner is v helpful & attentive. We had the balcony room for the 1st 2 nights & the king room the 3rd cos the balcony was booked. We much preferred the balcony & were surprised the 2 rooms were proced the same.
Was great to have water supplied - & he has a microwave, fridge, coffee & tea,available 24/7. He kindly supplied some plates & knives upon request & you can use the lovely courtyard to have a drink or food. It was a v nice stay & I would stay again if ever I return.

Cons:

It is up a bit of a hill but wasn't as bad as we initially thought when the taxi dropped us & we found it quite doable. Also everywhere there is hilly.
The king bed does take up most of the room - but it is well laid with all you needed &

bathroom, which was nice.

Simple and private place away from touristic buzz. The owner is attentative and helpful. I enjoyed an evening hour in a private balcony. 5-10 min walk to touristic streets.

Cons:

Village sounds (barkings dogs, roosters) at night.

Pros:

Muy cómodo, limpio , agua caliente a cualquier hora del día, toallas limpias y el Sr. Martín muy amable.
No es necesario tener aire acondicionado o clima ya que las noches son frescas, la verdad te sientes en casa!

Cons:

Mucho caminar pero la verdad vale la pena el hotel

Pros:

Mi estadía en el Hotel Malitsin fue excelente y muy agradable. Las instalaciones están perfectamente cuidadas y su localización resulta accesible, especialmente a pie, durante mis cinco noches pude ir y venir sin problema. El servicio es espléndido y los servicios que se ofrecen son más que adecuados para asegurar que todo marche perfectamente. El dueño, el señor Martín, es sumamente atento y servicial. En general fue una experiencia muy muy grata.

Una maravillosa opción para alojarte en Guanajuato.
Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso. El señor Martín muy atento, siempre al pendiente de que tu estadía sea excelente. El baño y agua caliente genial. La recamará espaciosa, el colchón dormí muy rico y disfrute la terraza, para poder descansar un rato después de la larga caminata. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable. Está muy cerca del centro, solo considerar que el camino para llegar es de subida, lo cual pudiera ser limitante para algunas personas, de ahí en fuera, todo perfecto.

Pros:

The service was excellent. Mr.Martin took me on a tour of downtown, which was very helpful being that it was my first time there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It has a communal patio. Everyone is incredibly friendly. There are two convience stores across the street which was convient.

Pros:

La estancia fue muy agradable, las habitaciones son acogedoras y limpias, las camas muy cómodas, la pensión está cerca del lugar, costo por día de $125 está seguro. El Sr. Martín es muy amable y atento, en todo momento nos apoyó con indicaciones y recomendaciones de lugares, nos ayudó con el equipaje, nos ofreció café y té, tienen refrigerador en caso de requerirlo. En general todo excelente.
