Excellent location; charming upbeat vibe.
Pros:

All the Grand Koper staff are fabulous ambassadors for the hotel - engaged, hospitable, charming.
The food & bev for dinner, breakfast, aperitivo were also absolutely outstanding.
We appreciate also their dog-friendly nature and the lovely design throughout the property.

Cons:

We had aircon problems in our room which led to a couple of nights of poor sleep.

Želiva se iskreno zahvaliti celotni ekipi hotela Grand Koper za izjemno prijetno izkušnjo. Od prihoda do odhoda sva bila deležna prijaznega, profesionalnega in zelo gostoljubnega odnosa.

Osebje je bilo vedno nasmejano, ustrežljivo in pripravljeno pomagati, pri čemer je bilo opaziti veliko predanost gostom ter skrb za vsako podrobnost. Prav zaradi takšnega odnosa se gost počuti dobrodošlega in cenjenega.

Hvala celotni ekipi za vrhunsko storitev, prijaznost in ustvarjanje prijetnega vzdušja. Z veseljem se bova še vrnila in hotel priporočila tudi drugim.

Pros:

Super personal, ochotný, skvělá poloha hotelu, pokoje hezké.

Cons:

Slabší snídaně a během našeho pobytu nefungovala restaurace na večeři, což byla škoda minulý rok tam vařili dobře.

Pros:

War alles sehr gut. Ganz besonders gut war die Freundlichkeit der Personal. Sogar für unsere Motorräder wurde eine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt.
