Milý a ochotný personál, dobré raňajky aj kuchyňa celkovo, čisté a upratané, každý deň čisté uteráky...
Chcelo by to nejaké drobné úpravy - žiarovky do lámp nad posteľou, sprchovací kút so založenými dverami( opravili sme si 😀) , zásuvku pri posteli...

Skvelé poloha ubytovania, pomer ceny a kvality, dobrý východiskový bod na túry do Slovenského raja. Výborný výber na raňajkách. A veľmi milá pani recepčná Martina
Szép helyen van. A Hernád áttörés túrához tökéletes. Finom bőséges volt a vacsora a reggeli szintén.
A személyzetből volt egy hölgy, aki kiszolgált vacsoránál, Ő nagyon kedves volt, és picit beszélt magyarul. Nekünk nagyon tetszett. Próbáltun neki szlovákul kedvesen megköszönni.
A szoba kicsit rertró de a célnak megfelel. Aludni. Hűtő nincsen, a falak tényleg vékonyak, de fáradtan az ember alszik és nem halgatózik. tv kicsi de ez engem nem érdekelt mert nem nèztem.

Personál príjemný a ústretový.
Vybavenie izieb vyhovujúce, čisté. Uteráky na izbe menili podľa potreby. 👍
Raňajky boli v pohode, výber zodpovedal cene Sladké, slané, mäsové.
večere boli bez polievok. pri polopenzii sme zvyknutý na polievky a druhé jedlo plus nejaký dezert a ovocie.
Výber bol z 3 jedál bufetovy systém.
Lokalita, personál, cena, prostor, ochota
V hotelu byl velmi přátelský a milý personál, což není všude. Byl situován na klidném místě, u lesa. Večer bylo možné dívat se na západ slunce nad Tatrami, což dokouzlilo příjemnou atmosféru. I večeře v restauraci byla chutná. Příjemné místo pro ty, kteří utíkají z města a mají auto, aby mohli dojíždět do přírody a za památkami v okolí.
