Pros:

The location!! One desk clerk with shoulder length hair was nice.

Cons:

One desk clerk, tall with black hair always in a ponytail, was mean, smart mouthed and un cooperative. I also had to ask for clean towels at night and trash removal. Also the shower was hard to get a good temperature.

Staff of the year 😊
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. We had actually stayed One night in a different hotel and to say the least it wasn't clean. We were able to get a room at the Edgewater and housekeeping actually walked with me to the room to make sure that it was satisfactory. Whenever they found out that we had to cancel some of our plans because of leaving the other hotel, they allowed us to check in early. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave, tables, which were all spotless.

Cons:

There was one ice machine that didn't work but there was another one nearby.

Pros:

Honestly not much other than the location being close to Big Play where we took our boys.

Cons:

Upon walking in and taking my shoes off the floor was gritty. The one lamp did not work. The beds were small and very hard. The shower had grime at the top. The pool was majorly over chlorinated. There was no phone in the room and the ice machine nearby didn't work. No vending machines or breakfast. It also gave off vibes of a cheap hotel where drug dealers and addicts live. The deposit was an affront with the conditions honestly. Another lady and I both agreed that booking.com advertisement for this establishment was misleading and we both would have left had it not been non-refundable.

Management at this motel is pathetic. I had a water leak from the ceiling the entire time and no one came to fix or offer accommodations. This place has turned into a crack motel. It used to be nice 10 years ago. Bugs, dust, stinky rugs. The lost can go on. Couldn’t get in touch with booking.com to try and cancel my stay. It was a nightmare for my kids bday weekend! People please don’t go there!
