Great food and relaxing wellness, but some policies and room amenities need improvement.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of food, with plenty of choices for everyone. In the evenings, the bar served draft beer as well as a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The wellness area was pleasant and provided a great place to relax.

Cons:

Although the stay included access to the wellness area, slippers had to be purchased separately and bathrobes were available only for an additional rental fee. I also found the wellness access policy inconvenient, as guests are allowed to enter only once per day. While there is no time limit on the visit, this often results in many guests spending the entire afternoon there until dinner time. Once you leave the wellness area, you cannot re-enter later, for example after dinner.

In the room, I would have appreciated a shower curtain or another solution around the bathtub. Taking a shower without one causes water to splash throughout the bathroom, leaving most of the floor wet and reducing overall comfort.

С первых же минут чувствуется искреннее гостеприимство: персонал невероятно добрый, отзывчивый, вежливый и компетентный во всех вопросах. Любая просьба решалась с улыбкой и моментально.
Отдельное восхищение — это ресторан: еда разнообразная, свежая и по-настоящему вкусная, каждый прием пищи приносил огромное удовольствие.
А какие здесь виды! Панорама Деменовской долины просто завораживает: просыпаться с видом на эти величественные горы — бесценно. После активных прогулок велнес- и спа-зона отеля стали идеальным местом для отдыха: чисто, уютно, всё продумано до мелочей и работает на высшем уровне.
