Comfortable room and good sleep, but disappointing service and questionable review practices.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay. Those things definitely contributed to a pleasant night’s sleep.

Cons:

Several aspects felt surprisingly basic for this price category. The room lacked practical mirrors, wardrobe space was limited for a multi-night stay, and there was no ironing board available in the room. None of these issues are major individually, but together they made the suite feel less complete than expected.

Service was also inconsistent. Coffee pads were not replenished and, when we asked, we were informed that additional pads could only be purchased for €0.50 each. It’s not about the amount—it simply feels oddly restrictive in a room at this price point.

Housekeeping was another disappointment. Towels were not replaced and when we requested fresh ones, staff pointed out that we had not left them on the floor. Technically fair, perhaps—but the interaction felt procedural rather than hospitable. A more guest-oriented response would have gone a long way.

Breakfast was decent but offered limited variety and choice compared with what we would expect for a stay in this segment.

The most concerning part of our stay, however, was something entirely different. Guests appeared to be encouraged to leave a 10/10 review in exchange for €10 cash. If this is indeed standard practice, it raises serious questions about the reliability of the property’s review score and, to our understanding, does not align with the spirit of Booking.com’s review system. That left a worse impression than any missing amenity.

Pros:

Der Pool war super, die Drinks auch. Das Jakusi ist auch toll. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und hat eine Riesen Dusche (wie eine Waschanlage).

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht besonders lecker, Vorspeise super, die Hauptgänge gingen so. Das Personal sollte freundlicher sein. Es hapert schon beim Empfang. Das Servicepersonal lächelt kaum und die Gäste werden kaum begrüsst. Es hat zu wenig Schattenplätze bei der Poollandschaft so dass die wenigen beschatteten Stellen immer besetzt waren.

Pros:

Het totaal was prima. Voortreffelijke kamer met yacuzzi, terras en sauna. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en goede mogelijkheden voor lunch en diner in het restaurant of op het terras buiten. Gezelling zwembad met meer dan voldoende zitgelegenheid en ligbedjes. Gaan zeker een keer terug.

Cons:

Wij zijn beide een aardig stukje in de 70. Het valt dan een beetje tegen, dat wanneer je ‘s nachts naar het toilet moet steeds weer een flinke trap op en af moet. Volgende keer kiezen wij dan toch voor een kamer gelijkvloers en kort bij zwembad

Pros:

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en mochten eerder de kamer in. We hebben lekker heel de middag aan het zwembad gelegen. Het was top!

Toll, da auch das (Pool) Wetter mitgespielt hat.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, jedoch sehr eng. Insbesondere staute es sich an der (einzigen) Kaffeemaschine. Unser Zimmer, (127) war sehr schön. Ein "mu?" wenn wir wieder kommen wollen.
