Kisebb hiányosságokat leszámítva jó!
Pros:

Könnyű megközelíthetőség, szép kilátás, finom ételek.

Cons:

Jó lett volna hűtőszekrény, vízforraló a szobába. Zuhanyfüggöny, tusfürdő a fürdőszobába. A recepciósok többsége nem tud angolul, jó lenne ezen változtatni.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta- tiešā tuvumā trošu ceļam, vilcienu satiksmei un citiem apskates objektiem.

Pros:

Professional and kind staff, breakfast, funny little quirks such as very old plastic plants and hair saloon with the phrase "opening hours" in six languages without providing the actual opening hours , and the retro 90s atmosphere of the whole location.

Cons:

The cheap air "fresheners" smelling like synthetic strawberry with Fournier gangrene. They are placed all over the hotel and smell horrible.
The price was unreasonably high for the state of the facility and services provided, and the pool was not even included. I've been to much fancier places for much less in Slovakia. But I understand that the taxes are coming up and everything gets more expensive for the hotel.

I would give 35-40% lower price for this hotel (then it would be really OK).
Pros:

The place location was really good.
The food (breakfast and dinner) were good too.

Cons:

The hotel is expensive and has hidden fees (for example for swimming pool). The informed about it only just before coming.
And it costed 12 Eur for adult and 10 for child. For 1 hour per day that was very strange. Taking into account the general price for hotel.

The room is extremely small: ~40% of room is bed. Hard to go inside of room at all.

The local Wi-Fi was really bad... We have used "personal hotspot" from mobile.

We will look more carefully next time. Maybe we do not understand something. But comparing with other 2 hotels during the same trip, that was very strange experience. I would give 40% lower price for this hotel (then it would be really OK).

Splnilo očakávania
Pros:

Personál bol neskutočne milý. Od recepcie cez personál v reštaurácii, veľmi dobre sme sa tam cítili. A chválim wellness, ten nemal chybu. Výhľad na Tatry krásny.

Cons:

Izby by potrebovali trochu vynoviť. Hlavne matrace.

Cons:

Ubytovanie zlé.Pohľad z balkóna na strechu a spodnú časť balkóna nad úrovňou našej izby.Minimum prírody.Izba za celú dobu pobytu nebola povysávaná,na balkóne špina ako aj v ostatných častiach .WC tieklo,museli sme niekoľkokrát krát zatlačiť ,aby sa voda zastavila.Vypínače osvetlenia taktiež.

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, krásný výhled z terasy v 7. patře. Bazén i sauny super. Personál na jedničku, všichni moc milí. Všude čisto, pokojská denně navštívila náš pokoj. Postele byly pohodlné. Krásný výhled z balkonu. Snídaně i večeře v pohodě, dalo se vybrat.

Cons:

Z kávovaru nám chutnala jen čokoláda. Kávu jsme si dali jednou a stačilo.

Tatranská Lomnice a hotel přímo pod Lomnickým štítem, to bylo na hotelu nejhezčí

Cons:

Večer před odjezdem jsem zjistila, že mám rozbitou nabíječku, v mobilu objednané jízdenky a v hotelu nebyla možnost si půjčit nabíječku. To mi v dnešní době připadá minimálně smutné. Děkuji paní baristce z Lobby baru, že mi půjčila svou a já mohla tel. aspoň oživit
