Good
Pros:

The room is good for bigfamily.
Walking distance to everything.
Clean rooms and comfortable beds

Cons:

Only one parking spots. Though we only used one car a family of more than 6 should have at least 2 spots
No body soaps and shampoo should be enough for guests, though I always bring ours.
Found 2 live stink bugs by the window beds.

Good place to stay but service could be much better
Pros:

Room was well decorated and clean
Building is nice
Shower was great
Great location close to everything

Cons:

Only one bottle of water 2 coffee pods and one soap for 2 for 2 nights…
We had an issue right after checking in as we locked ourselves outside of the room on the patio with no water no shoes luckily we had one phone with us it took us a while to reach someone on the phone to get help.
There is no staff on site and they are not really responsive bad experience on that side for us

Pros:

Great location, check-in was easier than what I read on the reviews but the reviews set my expectations to be prepared for the worst. It was good. AC worked, easy check in, easy check out. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

No bike rack, car spot (if I needed to use it) was on uneven surface. Luckily, no need for it. Check out involved dropping key into open basket. This didn't seem secure. A secure return key box would be better and standard practice. I think some people know that this hotel has no staff present, so they can do whatever they want. I was here one night and didn't have issues, but I can see potential for chaos. Also, I couldn't store my luggage because no staff were on site.

Excellent location - cutely decorated, well maintained and all you need. Fridge, microwave, coffee.
Pros:

Really cute and clean room in the heart of it all downtown, Loved walking out and being right in the town, and near the river walk. Great mountain view, would stay again!

Cons:

I was fine with everything provided, no complaints.

If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in the heart of town, this is it!
Pros:

The location is arguably the best in town. Check-in was easy, and parking is included. The bed is comfortable, and the AC was powerful.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, but I feel like that’s to be expected in a building that old. If the AC is on, it’s just fine.

Ok if u are in a pinch
Pros:

Location was great. It was a very cute place.

Cons:

The bed was super hard and the room we had a queen with a balcony was so small you could hardly move around. I hit the corner of the bed on my legs several times. Also the rooms are not very private you could essentially hear everything from the other rooms echoes.

Adequate Lodging With Room For Improvement.
Pros:

Very near to town. Large enough to fit a full family. Beds were fairly comfortable although the kids complained about flat pillows.

Cons:

Lots of dirt and dust under beds and other furniture. Was not provided with sufficient towels for the number occupants and room service did not provide additional towels even after being asked. Phone number given does not get answered.

Beautiful
Pros:

This town is absolutely beautiful, charming and quaint. Everything is withing walking distance including a restaurants right next to this hotel. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a walk in. We had a room a/c unit which was helpful to control the temp. Our room was on the main entrance so we couldn't tell you how the other rooms upstairs were, but overall the vibe feels old world. Assigned parking available. The managers of this location are great about communicating quickly.

Cons:

There is some street traffic noise, however, the beds are so comfy you probably will not hear any of it.

This place has a perfect location for exploring Leavenworth.
Pros:

We had a room that opened to the front deck and it was perfect for walking around downtown Leavenworth. I did not feel unsafe and the self check-in was pretty easy. Only one other room opened onto the deck and we met our neighbors the second night there. I was able to reach out to the property and book a second room for a friend that decided to join us! Each room is unique and has different plus and minuses. I found the decor interesting and fun. I would stay here again and will probably try the upstairs balcony room next time!

Cons:

I didn't like the antique lock on the door and the fact that there was no bathroom light without the fan going since it was loud.
