Very cozy, great location, and perfect for what my friends and I needed!
Pros:

The location was very walkable to everything, easy to find, comfy atmosphere, good amenities, and nice layout.

Cons:

Our room didn't have AC and the first day we arrived the skylights made the room pretty toasty, but as the temperature dropped outside it was perfect for the rest of the trip!

It's right next to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, very romantic.
Pros:

We had the smallest apartment which was fine. What's great about The Waves it is right next to the beach. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was great seeing flocks of pelicans on the beach.

Convenient location
Pros:

Location. Close to everything. View from deck. Including parking. Could do a one night stay. Did not cook but having kitchen really convenient. Check in staff super friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was in quite poor shape. Shared detail w office when we left.

Super hot day and not all the windows opened. Only one fan. Upstairs unit. No Ac so we were a bit uncomfortable but also know it was exceptionally hot. More fans would help.
