cleanliness and location were great.

Cons:

they advertised that WI-FI was available. An entire block of the building did not have internet in the rooms - mine included. I sat in WI-FI coffee shops every day of my stay in order to do my work.

We got what we paid for, thus were satisfied, but will not stay there again.
