Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful, and the evening activities were fun!
The free breakfast was amazing 🤤
Localization was perfect, close to everything👌🏻

Cons:

I wish they didn't leave the AC controller in the dorm room, because some guests always mess with it and then we end up either too hot or too cold... otherwise nothing to complain about!

Pros:

部屋や共用スペースが清潔だった。シャワーも問題なくお湯が出た。朝ご飯もおいしい。バスターミナルから近く、チチェン・イッツァやウシュマルなどの遺跡に行くのにも便利。
ロッカーの大きさも、機内持ち込みサイズのリュックサックは問題なく入る大きさだった。

Pros:

L’établissement est agréable avec plusieurs espaces extérieurs. Le personnel est sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Environnement calme.

Cons:

L’établissement dispose de 2 places de parking mais il faut payer 5€ par jour. Le pommeau de douche de notre chambre était cassé. Nous avons déposé du linge à laver à l’hôtel, nous avons récupéré une chemise délavé et il manquait des vêtements. Nous n’avons pas apprécié qu’un membre du personnel vienne taper à la porte de la chambre chaque jour à 9h pour récupérer la télécommande de la climatisation.

Ambiente hogareño, tranquilidad y calidez.
Pros:

Las instalaciones y la tranquilidad. Buena atención y desayuno rico.

Cons:

En lo particular que tienes que dejar depósito de 200 y en cierto horario para que te puedan dar toalla. Además en mi caso al.ser habitación mixta me tocó alguien que roncaba mucho y fue molesto.

Pros:

Todo genial, la gente muy amable, el hostel muy acogedor y el wifi, el desayuno y los baños muy bien. Todo perfecto.

Cons:

Podrían añadir una especie de barandilla en las literas de arriba ya que no me parece demasiado difícil caerse aunque sean camas grandes nada lo evita.

Un lugar especial en Mérida.
Pros:

El ambiente es muy tranquilo y la estancia tiene varias zonas sociales. Está situado cerca de varias terminales de transporte. El personal es muy amable y en ocasiones tienen actividades para sus huéspedes.

Cons:

Las regaderas en los baños se tapaban mucho.

Es gibt 2 Pools und mehrere Aufenthaltsbereiche.

Cons:

Es war etwas eng im Zimmer, besonders da die Locker gegenüber liegen und sich teilweise vor der Badezimmertür befinden.

Paraíso en Mérida
Pros:

El hostal tiene una ubicación maravillosa pero no se compara con la calidad del personal que trabaja ahí. El staff es increíble; todas las personas que forman parte de la gran familia de Casa Garza hacen de tu estancia una experiencia inolvidable. La amabilidad y disposición en todo momento, realmente hacen la diferencia. Definitivamente recomendable y por supuesto que volveré :D

Pros:

La struttura è fantastica, con mobilio antico. Ha più di un giardino con sedie tavolini, una piscina, non è il solito hotel è particolare, ha un'atmosfera magica, è un posto molto tranquillo conviviale, lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo ho alloggiato in questa struttura solo 2 notti. Lo consiglio veramente un posto bellissimo, mi sono sentita a casa. Grazie Jessica e grazie Aaron
