Overcharging Is Just The Beginning
Pros:

The Capitana has a nice pool area, but the whole experience was ruined by front desk staff overcharging and refusing to honor the Booking.com price during check-in.

Cons:

The front desk staff overcharging and refusing to honor the Booking.com price made our stay quite disappointing. The hotel charged $150 more (for three nights) than the Booking.com price which included all taxes and fees. So we were scammed out of $150. The front desk staff blamed Booking.com as being terrible and prone to making pricing mistakes, which is an absurd thing for the staff to say. Our room had bed bugs which is, of course, disgusting. Shampoo was not replenished even once by cleaning staff.

Esperienza rilassante e hotel molto curato
Pros:

La camera era arredata benissimo ed era enorme! Anche il bagno è la doccia erano molto belli. In generale l’hotel era molto pulito. I giardini e la zona della piscina erano molto curati.
Ho apprezzato molto il parcheggio incluso nella tariffa e le bottigliette d’acqua disponibili gratuitamente su ogni piano.

Pros:

Great place, nice beach and pool area

Cons:

Food options quite limited they have a beach bar or breakfast kiosk but they don’t sell much.
Far too much single use plastic used in the resort.

Wie haben anstelle eines Zimmers eine Ferienwohnung erhalten über das wir sehr erfreut waren. Die Anlage war schön und sauber. Am Pool gab es auch mehrere Aktivitäten zur freien Benutzung.

Pros:

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly helpful staff, quick efficient checkin followed by complimentary glass of champagne. The room is so spacious with complimentary coffee and water. Also has a fridge and microwave. The bed is comfortable, the AC works amazing and the sliding patio doors make way to beautiful scenery to sit back and relax and enjoy your morning cup of joe. The pool is crisp and clean. The beach area is perfect for relaxing and the pool bar staff are welcoming and inviting and make really good drinks. We also enjoyed the small touches of complimentary pool towels and complimentary frozen grapes to help you cool off while enjoying all the amenities this beautiful property has to offer. This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend. Also just a short uber ride to Duval, Mallory square, ect. We also enjoyed the perk of complimentary parking on site just find it alot easier to uber once your ready to head out to sight see.
