the staff - cara bercakap lebih kurang ja, n kita berranya ttg aircond - xmembantu.. jwb lebih kurang dan mintak kta tgglkan bilik mcm tu ja if dia nk setting

I would not stay at this hotel again. It is not worthy of the 8.0 rating it has received
Pros:

Nothing. Only that when I asked for refund, the manager didn't hesitate to return my money back because of the room issue

Cons:

I can't use the room I'd booked due to facility problem. I was given other room for temporary but have to split with my kids. Waited another day, the issue still couldn't be resolved. I had asked for refund and the hotel return my money for the 2nd day. The location behind Sri Indar Hotel and the condition felt creepy at night.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room for a family. Staff is helpful when I told them there was no toilet paper provided in the room. Parking available outside the hotel, but might be limited at night or during peak hours. Water dispenser available at lobby. Beds are big and comfortable. Clean towel. Location are great, there are various food choices outside and near the hotel. The location is at the center of the town area.
