Pros:

The rooms are really clean and comfortable. I had a large balcony with a view of the river. The AC worked well which was great as it was very hot when I stayed there. The is a great social area with free coffee and biscuits all day and night. Leon will do anything to help you and even paid for my chicken and rice when I saw him in a restaurant that he has recommended and the food there was really great. He even has scooters which he lends to guests free of charge. I had a really great stay there.

Grandmom's home with without her presence,

The quietness of the property with a riverside view,

Cons:

There was nobody to do check in when we arrived, While we did not expect it to be any warm welcome, we were greeted with mosquitos , all over the place, Especially at the pool (Or rather a pond full of algae ).
Day and night, the neighboring houses were burning leaves causing uncomfortable breath , further making the hazy weather worse.
No complimentary drinking water whereas minimarts are far away. ( Could had been stated in web page at least, So potential guests get prepared.

冷气够冷，热水器够热，水力够大，设施齐全，有karaoke，麻将台，有coway水机，有免费nescafe饼干，有个小泳池，重点老板很亲切很友善很健谈👍👍👍
