Tosos los servicios me gustaron.
El personal fue muy amable desde antes de llegar, ya que me comunique por teléfono para confirmar la reserva que había realizado. Muy atentos, acogedores y disponibles en todo momento. La pieza estaba temperada cuando llegamos, ideal para descansar del viaje. Sus instalaciones son excelentes, limpias y amplias. La piscina y el hidromasaje las disfrutamos solos, ya que es temporada baja, como terapia reparadora después de visitar los alrededores. Debo decir que Piriápolis fue un descubrimiento hermoso en mi primer viaje a Uruguay. Y el Hotel Ricadi es responsable de que quiera volver.
Quizás me hubiese gustado que el desayuno fuera un poco más variado. Más fruta, quesos etc.
