It was comfortable
Pros:

I liked the location and mostly it was quiet and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

Staff took a while to get to reception when I arrived and tired. No plunger coffee maker in the unit and very little cutlery.

Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Great location and enjoyed our meals

Cons:

We had one on the Main Street which meant we heard some carry on through the night.
We had people in the room next to us being loud and obnoxious all night. We tried knocking to which they just banged back and got louder. Tried calling hotel night manager with no answer. Emailed also and never heard anything back.
Had a 4 year old with us and got very little sleep.
