Overall, the stay was ok. The nearby resto was bery convenient and they deliver to the room. I will stay here again.
Pros:

Location. Almost midway from Bicol to our place.

Cons:

TV is very slow and always “loading”, we did not get a chance to watch anything. WIFI fluctuates and is not that stable even with a mesh.

Disappointing, maybe if they kill the roach and fix the flow of water in the shower head people will start to show up

I will still choose this place. I find the other establishments, nearby, more shabby. Maybe, I will bring a mini vacuum
Pros:

The location was convenient. Parking was available.

Cons:

In this stay, the pillow smelled and obviously was not changed. I notified the staff. They say they usually put the pillows under the sun, but, because it is raining, they are not able to do that. The changing of beddings is also doubtful. Maybe, they should use a washing machine to wash their pillows. A dryer to dry and disinfect them properly.
