Pros:

Affordable, free coffee available in the lobby with hot water, you can buy water and they have fridge there. Tv and wifi in the room is nice (when it works)

Cons:

Wifi didn't work for most of the time, they didn't clean my room, I had to ask many times for room service for it to be cleaned 1 time. Some cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom out of the drain and probably put of the window that was always open because they have the tv cable going through there instead of drilling a hole for the cable to properly go through

Great little low cost hotel
Pros:

Don't let the ugly neighborhood scare you! Most of Gensan looks the same. This hotel is a great value for the small price, its safe and quiet, friendly staff, about a 20 minute walk to the mall. Food drinks banks etc nearby.

Cons:

Internet was not stable enough to work.
