Vistelsen på hotellet var bra.
Pros:

Frukosten var ganska bra men saknar lite variation.

Nichts - ok der Pool war ok

Cons:

Zimmer waren abgewohnt und haben noch Chlor gestunken um das andere zu überdecken. Vom Parkplatz zur Lobby gar es nach Urin gestunken. Zum Frühstück gab es Reis, Eier und eklige Würstchen und mit Glück Kaffee

Homey, cozy, relaxing
Pros:

It exceeded my expectations. The exterior looked simple, but the hotel has a big atrium/courtyard inside. It has a pool, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. It is walking distance from Robinson's mall!! If you're interested in working out during your trip, there is a gym nearby called Chaq Gym. It is also next to a coffee shop, Chaq Cafe! Everything you need is within the vicinity!

Cons:

The aircon in the lobby was off the whole time. We had to gather there for 20-30 minutes and it was really hot. They also had to be reminded to replenish the water, give fresh towels, etc.

Pros:

Room was clean and shower was hot. Close to Robinson Mall and restaurants.

Cons:

Its on the main road through Butuan. Very loud cars and motorbikes sometimes. Its a bit overpriced. The room was the smallest Hotel room Ive ever been in also.

Cons:

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall the place itself was decent and comfortable. However, our experience could have been better.
We arrived late at night after a long trip (02/09/2026), and unfortunately the receptionist on duty was not very approachable. A warm welcome would have made a big difference, especially for tired guests arriving late.
On our second day,(02/11/2026) we also noticed that the rice served during breakfast was hard and under cooked. We hope the kitchen team can improve on food quality, as breakfast is an important part of the guest experience.
We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that service and food quality can be improved for future guests.
