Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location. Very close to a fabulous beach and near to bars and restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks but wished it was longer.

Good value, easy stay
Pros:

Clean room.. Strong water pressure with hot shower heater..floor is tiled not carpet which to me looks cleaner..free wifi.. Free parking.. Free breakfast.. Staff are friendly and very helpful.. Hotel provides guided tours which make it easier to visit the nearby sites.. Good value... highly recommended!

10/10 would recommend!!!!
Pros:

We had an issue with the AC temperature, probably because it was extremely hot outside, so we requested a fan for the room, and they immediately provided us with one. The breakfast was great!! U can also ask them to cook for you for a minimal fee, and the food is really tasty. This was my 4th time in Santa Fe, and this place truly felt like home. Everyone was so nice!!!! Ate Joy and Whitney were absolutely amazing!!! Definitely such lovely people. There’s also a water dispenser, so u dont have to buy bottled water every day. I loved our stay so much!!!! We stayed for 11 days, and it still felt too short!!! Everything was awesome!!!! THE FOOD WAS AWESOME!!!!!! The people were AMAZING!!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!

Pros:

Biggest thing is that they are connected to a travel group, so transpo was extremely easy to arrange. Location was also very good: 10 minute walk to the beach, another 10 minutes to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

WiFi didn't work. Bigger thing: we saw lobster and pasta on the menu for 700 pesos, so of course we decided to have a lobster dinner plus ceviche and calamari. It took 2 hours to serve. How does it take more than 1 hour to serve ceviche when literally nothing in it is cooked?
