Needs improvement
Pros:

The location is near the port and near sugar beach and kota beach so I like how convenient it is location wise

Cons:

I feel like for the price I was charged I was expecting a clean room with atleast the basic amenities for guests such as slippers, tea or coffee or even just bottled water. The towels that were provided looks worn and old. I was also expecting the tv to work. Informed the lady at reception but until I checked out, it wasn't really fixed as I still wasn't able to use it. What made me really disappointed was when I first arrived, the washroom looked uncleaned, for me cleanliness of the room & CR is a priority. I also wentcto get hot water in their common kitchen and it was also untidy. I informed the staff of my concerns regarding the tv in my room, the cleanliness but the lady at the front forgot about it so I need to ask again. Hoping they could improve on this areas as each guests that stays in hotels such as theirs are expecting atleast to get their pennies worth. Also this review is not to criticize the hotel but to have them know their areas that needs improvement.

Our stay was good. The room was big. A good value for the price we paid. The staff were courteous.

I like how affordable the room is, and very spacious, its really comfortable to stay especially i have kids. I hope this facility will still continue to provide affordable prices especially to individuals with tight budget but still want to enjoy the stay. Kudos!

Cons:

Maybe they can install intercom for those rooms located in third or second floor for us not to go downstairs to ask for help, and i hope they will accept card as a mode of payment.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Strand

Cons:

Schmutzige Badezimmer, verkalkt und die Dusche ist kaputt. Es gab Lärm von außen. Vorhang dunkelt nicht richtig ab.

Nous avons réservé une excursion à la journée avec l’hôtel, tout s’est bien passé.

C’est bruyant !
On nous a affirmé qu’on pouvait nous emmener au port gratuitement, finalement la personne qui nous a emmené nous a demandé de l’argent. Quand j’ai contacté l’hôtel ils m’ont dit qu’il ne m’avait jamais dit ça 😅 mauvaise foi. C’est dommage pour eux de finir sur une mauvaise note. De plus le taxi nous a fait payé un prix exorbitant.
La chasse des toilettes ne fonctionnaient quasiment pas.

L'emplacement un peu en retrait du centre et à 400 mètres de Sugar Beach.
Chambre à 2 lits 140 minimaliste mais fonctionnelle
Sanitaires propre, eau chaude mais odeur particulière de l'eau
Balcon permettant de faire sécher du linge.
Possibilité de massage en chambre, masseuse très professionnelle

Cons:

Mauvaise qualité d'insonorisation interne ( couloir) et externe.

Excellent place to stay in Bantayan
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are huge and spacious. Very clean bathrooms and decent water pressure. They arrange free pickup from Santa Fe port on arrival and very economical transport while checking out. Can easily rent good motorbikes through them without any headache. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

It would be good if they provide shampoo and conditioner in refillable bottles instead of sachets
